When I try to start the program, it appears to start but then
"FirstRun write error in TdmRegUser1.UnRegisteredTrialDaysLeft" comes up and the program stops.
How do I get past this error?

With most of our programs, the first time the program is run you must be running with an Administrator login, so the security system initializes properly.
For most users this was seldom a problem in Windows XP and earlier--because many users logged in as an Administrator every the time. But Windows Vista discourages this; generally you login as a Standard user--which doesn't have adequate security privileges in Vista, to allow our programs to initialize.
Solutions:
For Windows versions before Vista: The first time a program is run, you must either (1) login to Vista as an Administrator, or (2) if running from a Standard login, right-click on the shortcut icon for our program and select "run as Administrator".
Windows Vista and later: If you're running ManagePLUS version 2.0.1.4 or later, ManagePLUS itself will properly work with Vista's internals and will request an "elevation prompt" (Administrator login/permission) whenever necessary. For our other products or for earlier ManagePLUS versions, see the pre-Vista instructions above.
