That depends on many things...our workload, whether another (non-Flagship employee) user has seen your post & wants to respond, etc.

We don't guarantee a response from us in these forums, except for technical support questions related to our software products. Those have a high priority and are answered as soon as possible--almost always within 24 hours.

Other questions may be answered by anyone who has Registered as a forum member, or by our staff, but we don't guarantee an answer to those.
