My chart of accounts in Manage Plus shows the sub-accounts that I have marked inactive in QB. Do I have to merge all of these accounts to their main account or is there some other way I am not seeing to get them off of my Manage Plus Chart of Accounts?

The option to hide inactive accounts has been on our development list for a while: we'll move it to the top of the list.
It may not make it into the next ManagePLUS update, which should be within a week or so, but should get into the one following that (I'm guessing no more than 3 weeks from today...can you wait that long?)

An update on this thread:
The ability to hide/show Inactive list items (Accounts, Classes, etc.) is now a ManagePLUS for QuickBooks feature, as of version 2.0.3.4, released 2010.02.18.
You may get the updated version from our ManagePLUS Downloads page (http://www.goflagship.com/dnloads/mpdownld.htm).
