Where to start

I don't where to start. I am a grain farmer and want to keep track of individual fields.
Will I balance sheets?
Will I have cash and accrual accounting?
Will I be able to view my double accounting?
My questions go on and on.
I have used Farm Works for 15 years and they have gotten to complicated and tried to be everything to everyone which is causing problems for me.:confused:

The Classes feature of QuickBooks is good for that.

You can do accrual accounting with QuickBooks, then get a cash-basis Tax Report if you want.

> Will I be able to view my double accounting?

Yes.
