I don't know of anything specifically for those, but commodity organizations often know of, or have access to, sources for such. For example, the NPPC has a detailed chart of accounts for pork producers, and the Iowa Soybean Assn. has one for corn/soybean producers.
So I suggest you contact the trade associations related to those enterprises, and see if they can help.
