Any visitor to our forums may immediately browse or search the forum contents. However, to guard against spam and inappropriate content, posting messages (asking questions) in the forums requires that you Register as a forum member.
:) Registration is simple--just click on the Register link in the menu bar toward the top of this page, then answer the registration questions. All of your registration information is treated as private and confidential; it will not be released to any other party for any reason.
Registering gives you many benefits...
Post new messages, and reply to others' messages.
Customize your user profile--page preferences, styles, and more.
Post attachments to your messages, such as screen shots and other images.
Edit your own posts.
Vote on polls posted by the moderators.
And more!
After you register...
You'll receive an email from the forum software, with a link to click on to verify your email address. (This prevents someone else from using your email address when they register.)
After you've verified your email address, you can begin posting messages.
Your first few messages will be "moderated", which means they must be approved by a moderator before they will appear in the forum topic lists for viewing by the public. :o This may delay the appearance of your message from a few minutes to sometimes a day or more...but it helps us guard the forums against spam posts.
After your first few posts have been approved we "turn you loose"...your messages and replies will immediately appear in the forums.
