Earlier versions of ManagePLUS for QuickBooks needed to be run in Compatibility mode on Windows Vista. But as of version 2.0.1.4 (released January 22, 2009) running ManagePLUS in Compatibility mode is no longer recommended.
If you still have Compatibility mode turned on for ManagePLUS, we provide the following instuctions showing how to turn it off.
To turn OFF Compatibility mode for ManagePLUS:
1. Locate the ManagePLUS program file, mp.exe (or the menu item or shortcut you use for starting ManagePLUS).
2. Right-click on the program file, shortcut, or menu item, to display its popup menu, then choose Properties to open the Properties window.
3. In the Properties window, click on the Compatibility tab.
4. In the Compatibility tab, un-check the box that says to Run in compatibility mode. (That is, remove the check mark if the box is checked.)
5. Click OK to save your changes.
