Pictures are usually better than words!
Often the best way to help describe a problem you are having is by sending a screen shot (or screenshot) of either your QuickBooks form, or a window in one of our programs, or both. Many little utility programs can be purchased which do a great job of taking a screen shot and letting you annotate (write on) it, etc. Here are some of the many small free quick-to-download programs available for taking screen shots. (We have not tested and cannot endorse any of these products, but they should work fine): http://www.colorpilot.com/screenshot.html http://www.gadwin.com/printscreen/ http://www.mirekw.com/winfreeware/mwsnap.html But you don't need to have one of these--you can do it with just what's available to you already in Windows. Here's how, using a QuickBooks invoice as an example:
You can do the same for anything on your screen that you want to capture, including any window in one of our programs. Flagship Technologies, Inc. |
