FormCalc sounds like just what I need for totaling time on invoices for our law firm. A few problems: my computer runs with the Vista operating system, and I am a subscriber to QuickBooks on-line. Do I need to install QuickBooks on my desktop rather than use the on-line version, and can I run it on Vista Business rather than windows 7?

FormCalc should work as well on Vista as on Windows 7, but it won't work with QuickBooks Online because it cannot properly communicate with QuickBooks forms hosted in a browser window...they need to be "real" windows (i.e., windows hosted by the Windows operating system).
