Default Personal vs Buisiness

Is there a way to set up accounts so my personal income, expenses and loans can be recorded in the same QBO account as my farm income, expenses and assets and still be able to use the reports at tax time?

That is easily done in the desktop editions--there are sections in The QuickBooks Farm Accounting Cookbook™ describing how.

But no way in QuickBooks Online that I know of.

So far, QuickBooks Online is missing a lot of features that are in the desktop editions. It is OK for very simple accounting needs but is a mistake for many farm businesses. The desktop editions are still the better choice for many things.
