Default Will FormCalc SST work with GotoMyPC?

[Duplicated from email support]

Hi,
I am in the middle of trying to get the SST Form Calc to work and I am having some trouble. It keeps telling me the Customer Message field is missing from my invoices, but I promise that field is there!

You were so helpful in the past, I was hoping you could help me fix this.

Thanks
Sophia

Default Re: Will FormCalc SST work with GotoMyPC?

[Though a series of emails we determined that the problem was caused by the fact that Sophia is trying to use FormCalc SST through a connection to another computer via GotoMyPC.]

Sophia,

I think you need to be in contact with tech support for GotoMyPC, as this FormCalc SST problem is being caused by how (or whether) their software sends certain keystrokes from your computer to the host computer. In this case, FormCalc SST is sending an Alt-M keystroke sequence that the host computer is not getting to "see".

I just now looked at the online manual for GotoMyPC (available here: http://www.gotomypc.com/remote_acces...er_Guide_7.pdf ) and under Settings > Viewer Preferences > Viewer Options I see a setting called "Pass Windows keys on to host computer (Alt+Tab, Menu, etc.)" ...that sounds to me like something which may be required to let FormCalc work properly.

But their tech support people may have other ideas for you.
