Management quantities<\/span> are the physical quantities or dollar amounts which you associate with QuickBooks list items in ManagePLUS. ManagePLUS uses them to show revenue and expenses on a per-management-unit basis in reports.<\/span><\/p>\n\r

In the Classes list for example, this might be the number of miles driven for a class that represents a delivery vehicle, or the number of acres for a class representing a corn crop.
