(1) Only firms (companies and individuals) with a
legitimate commercial interest in serving clients who use QuickBooks
may post a listing. That is, your firm must provide consulting or
accounting services, training, supplies, or software that is
QuickBooks-related, and your listing must indicate such! Listings
which do not, in our sole judgment, appear to describe
QuickBooks-specific products or services may be removed without
notification.
(2) Post just one listing, to one category.
Though several listing categories are available, simply choose the
category which you feel best represents the products or services
offered by your firm.
Note: Our directory software has a Search feature which can
search across all categories. So if you do a good job of describing
your services in the Description field of your listing, and by
answering the Yes/No field questions, visitors will be able to find
your listing even if they are initially looking in another category.
(3) By posting here, you agree to be solely responsible
for the accuracy of, and representations made in, your posted
information. Flagship Technologies, Inc. assumes no responsibility
for your listing or the information it contains.
(4) We will not tolerate inappropriate content or conduct.
Listings containing language, content, or links to material on the
Internet which we, in our sole judgment, believe to be inappropriate
may be removed without notification.
(5) Though we normally try to solve problems with listing
information or content by email, we reserve the right to edit any
listing both for content and for length, and to remove any listing
which we, in our sole judgment, consider to be inappropriate.
(6) These rules are designed to protect all who read and
post listings to our directory, but they are not "set in
stone". We will gladly consider comments from anyone concerning
this directory or how it is maintained, and we may change or add to
the Listing Rules and Guidelines at any time, without notice.
Notes:
- Graphic - If the option to provide a graphic image is
provided (it will not be in all cases), you may optionally supply
a link to a graphic to appear with your listing when it is
displayed. The link should be to a graphic file on your Web site,
of the size indicated on the Add/Edit Listing form (currently 100
x 100 pixels).
