"Who says you
can't do calculations on a QuickBooks form?"

 |
FormCalc™ lets you do calculations
in any QuickBooks form where Items are used...
|
 |
FormCalc lets you create different sets of
calculations for different forms. And you only need
to set up those calculations once...after that, applying the
calculations to a form is a simple as pressing a button.
|
 |
FormCalc works right there on the form
you are entering/editing. You don't have
to leave QuickBooks, or save the form's contents and load it into
some other program, etc. And when FormCalc is done applying
calculations to a form, the results are right there on the form
too--they're part of the form's data,
ready to save, print, or email to your customer. |

A QuickBooks Invoice...Before and After
Here's the detail area of a QuickBooks invoice, before
calculation by FormCalc.

And here's the same invoice after processing by FormCalc. (The
FormCalc results are shown in red
to make them stand out, but in actual use they would appear in the
same color as other text on the form.)

What did FormCalc do here?
- It multiplied the Quantity column by the Weight column,
and put the result in the Extd Weight column.
- It subtotaled the Extd Weight column in both the
OVERNIGHT DELIVERY and TRUCK FREIGHT sections of the invoice,
putting the result on the SubtotWt Item lines.
- It totaled the Extd Weight column for the entire
invoice, putting the result on the TotalWt Item line.
By the way, these aren't "canned" calculations.
FormCalc gives you the flexibility to define where and how
calculations are done, and where the results are displayed on your
QuickBooks forms.

"Formcalc is quite magic...you must have put in
mega-hours to tame Quickbooks. I hope to produce some sample
prints that will also amaze my QB customers."
