The Grid > Ungroup submenu provides commands for ungrouping the grid.
Grid > Ungroup submenu options:

Removes all groupings from the grid. |

Last column in the grouping panel |
Removes the last column from the grouping panel, thus removing the last (lowest-level) grouping from the grid. |
