To Check on an Order You've Placed

Payment Methods
- Mail Orders: MasterCard, VISA, Check, or Money Order.
- FAX Orders: MasterCard, or VISA.
- Purchase Orders:
We accept Purchase Orders (POs) from recognized educational institutions only--schools, colleges, universities, Extension Service, etc. We may check credentials associated with any PO and reserve the right to decline acceptance of any PO. To order using a Purchase Order number:- If ordering by mail or FAX, write your PO number on the above order form in any available space (such as the Credit Card Number space), and clearly identify it. Example: "PO#: 1234567"
- Always include this information for the Accounts Payable Office
at your institution, either on the order form or on a separate sheet
accompanying your order:

(and/or an email address if the office accepts invoices by email)

Name of a contact person at the office
Shipping Charges
US Orders
- Our minimum shipping & handling charge for mail, FAX, and phone orders is $7.00.
- Calculate shipping & handling for US Orders this way:

Multiply the PRODUCT TOTAL line by 7%.
On the SHIPPING & HANDLING line, write in the greater of
either $7.00 or the amount your calculated in step 1.
Example: PRODUCT TOTAL is $29.00
$29.00 * 7% = $2.03
$2.03 is less than $7.00, so write in $7.00 on the SHIPPING & HANDLING line
$2.03 is less than $7.00, so write in $7.00 on the SHIPPING & HANDLING line
Example: PRODUCT TOTAL is $174.00
$174.00 * 7% = $12.18
$12.18 is greater than $7.00, so write in $12.18 on the SHIPPING & HANDLING line
$12.18 is greater than $7.00, so write in $12.18 on the SHIPPING & HANDLING line
International Orders
- Shipping & handling for international orders is $7.00 plus actual shipping costs to your destination. Please contact us to get the correct shipping & handling charges before sending your order. (Or, you may send your order and we will add the appropriate shipping & handling charge when it arrives.)
Volume Discounts
- Volume discounts and alternate shipping charges apply to book (not software) orders over $399. Please contact us to get the discounted dollar amount and correct shipping charge for your order.
