This document tells how to use the Crop Production Records example QuickBooks™ company (.QBW) file available from our Web site (www.goflagship.com) as a free download (more about that later), and also on the Flagship Software CD. The example company file contains QuickBooks "transactions" which demonstrate a way to keep non-accounting production records (in this case, field crop yield records) using QuickBooks and our ManagePLUS for QuickBooks™ software product. This document shows how to work with the example in QuickBooks and in ManagePLUS.

This document was prepared with software which creates both Windows Help and printed manual (PDF file) output. So as you read along, don't be surprised if you see the phrase "in this Help system" once in a while even if you're reading a printed page.
